Rock Ridge has an association and bylaws.  It aids in keeping our community a nice place to live and offers amenities that are included in your HOA dues.  These include yard mowing and trimming, exterior painting,  tree pruning, and gutter clean out. The dues are very reasonable for the services offered.  
 
The Board of Directors meets every other month and there is an annual meeting for all association members (owners).  All residents are also welcome to attend the monthly meetings!  They are currently conducted via ZOOM.  Send an email to RR HOA to get a link to the meetings.
